I reached out to the support team several times while deciding on a monitor. They were always very responsive, and I ultimately purchased the product. I'm very happy with it; it's lightweight and offers features that are beneficial for heavy tablet users, like 10-point multi-touch. In some aspects, it even outperforms my previous, more expensive device. The built-in software could be more intuitive, but I'm hopeful for future improvements. I also enjoy the drawing pen, which exceeded my expectations.
