Initially, I loved my monitor, but after 1.5 years, it stopped working, and it was a significant investment. Although it has a 2-year warranty, dealing with customer service has been extremely frustrating. I left a message without a return call, and it took multiple attempts to reach someone. They confirmed my warranty eligibility and requested my receipt, which I sent the same day. After four days of silence, I finally reached someone who had no information on my replacement. They promised to send an email, but that never happened. I tried contacting them via chat and waited 30 minutes before giving up. I'm left without a computer and no updates. I would not recommend this service.
