Having ordered my daughter 18th birthday outfit that we had to exchange back in September, we were didn’t have time to wait for an exchange, we just re ordered and sent the original outfit back for a full refund (£80) we are now slowly approaching December and I have had no reply refund or any communication what so ever all my messages have been ignored and they have unfollowed me on social media. how strange. So just a heads up that they clearly need the £80 so be very cautious when ordering as there clothes are not cheap. Especially when your daughter is an apprentice and doesn’t earn a lot and they stole her money absolutely disgusting…..
