Ordered a pair of shoes only to get an email a couple of days later that said they were out of stock. Ordered a different pair of shoes advertised and as I am entering payment information a warning pops on screen saying these shoes were out of stock also. So my experience could have been better, and I feel they need a better inventory reporting system so items are not advertised that are not available. Backcountry Edge took good care of me though.
