Beware of KYC scam - prey on human nature. They will take your money ….I paid for and passed 3x 50k evaluations and then I went through the KYC verification process. First time even after Veriff confirmed images passed criteria I was told by Alpha futures that they weren’t good enough and that I needed to redo. I sent again and even with Veriff confirmation I was told this time that they didn’t receive. Third time after redoing and a third Veriff confirmation I was told again that they didn’t receive. By this time I was getting really concerned and on my forth attempt I asked my husband to help me in case I was doing something wrong during this extremely simple process- I was baffled as to why they wouldn’t be receiving these images confirmed by Veriff. This time they sent back an image of my husband and said that I was banned from their company moving forward as I pose a high risk. Of course by the forth attempt I would be questioning myself and ask someone for help.But no refund as per their KYC policy and now I am being told that it is up to me to cancel my monthly subscription with my bank. Banks don’t cancel subscriptions it is up to Alpha Futures to cancel it. I don’t have access to my account because I am not able to work with them, because I broke their KYC third party rule but they are keeping me on subscription. What the hell…..Note: when doing KYC they are video recording you during this process. You think you are only taking two still images but you are actually being recorded the whole time and if anyone shows up in the recording they will call that third party interference. Extremely bad experience - they prey on human nature and take your money - now telling me I have to cancel my subscription with my bank - joke of a company.
