I've ordered pure stevia multiple times in larger amounts because I appreciated the product. However, I'm compelled to leave a negative review due to the poor customer service. A misunderstanding caused my payment to be slightly delayed after the order, which seemed to be a significant issue for them. After several emails, along with proof of payment, I received minimal responses. Consequently, I will be seeking another supplier that provides stevia of similar quality.
