I've had positive experiences in the past, but not this time. I've waited longer for delivery updates, and now the company requires a signature for my order, which I never requested. I can’t wait around all day for a delivery as I’m in the middle of moving. They changed their delivery process, and the courier company won't deliver to my PO Box. My products come in a very small package, and I'm frustrated. I might look for alternatives in the future. I just want a straightforward process.
