I’ve been with the firm since 2024, managing one account, and all my issues have been resolved. There hasn’t been a single unresolved problem. Customer support (especially the representative) and the security team handle requests well, although response times can be slower than I’d like. For instance, the most recent setup took about two days longer than expected. However, once it was completed, everything worked perfectly. My experience is mainly with this team, so my perspective may be somewhat limited, as I haven’t worked extensively with other firms. Overall, the service works well, and I’m satisfied with my experience.
