Twice I have been Assisted by Gwen. On both occasions last munite bookings and I must say the best service I have had. At my lowest with the lose of my mother in law she showed compassion and over and above being professional. Words just can't describe how safe and supported I felt. Writing about it just is not doing it justice. Even now I feel so emotional just thinking about the two occasions especially on Saturday 18 2020.
