I had a frustrating experience with this service. After trading for 1.5 months on a $10,000 account and achieving a 24% return of $2,393 while adhering to all the rules, they rejected my payout with baseless claims. They accused me of tick scalping in two trades, which involved normal stop losses of 20 and 30 pips in the gold market during the New York session, targeting 200 and 250 pips. There’s no minimum holding period for trades, and I never closed a trade in profit within a minute, contrary to their claims. They also misrepresented my positions, treating part of a profitable trade as a separate loss to justify their refusal. Despite explaining everything to their internal risk team, I received no meaningful response. After reaching out via their Discord support, I was removed from the channel. I documented everything on social media, but they subsequently banned my login. Their support is unresponsive, and I feel completely frustrated after investing significant time and effort for nothing. This was a major setback for me, and it seems they are just unwilling to pay out profitable traders.
