DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.This company was booked via city-airport-taxis.com.Our plane was delayed due to snow from the UK to Geneva. I notified the emergency number as soon as we became aware of the delay (we had boarded on time, but then sat on the plane for nearly three hours). Despite giving hours of notice, we were told that there would not be a car for us and we would not get our money refunded...unless we paid an additional 550 Euro which was more than the original fee. What a rip off. What poor service. We had to take a train and bus instead to get to our hotel. My children were in tears by the end of it.
