When I started working with Kat I was really at a loss as to why I couldn’t lose 10 pounds. I’ve always been a pretty active and naturally lean person, but all of my usual tricks of eating less calories and intermittent fasting didn’t work and I felt weight adding up slowly. I had a closet full of clothes I wanted to wear but didn’t feel comfortable in, I was always bloated, and my energy was crashing in the afternoon. I was already working with a good friend who is a health coach and had an appointment scheduled with a functional nutritionist (I thought in person would be better). The functional nutritionist was very expensive and rushed me through my appointment with a whirlwind of information. I left the appointment with a lot of questions and she was hard to reach after that. Kat, on the other hand, was coaching me every day and knew my daily habits so could make much better suggestions on my health. Kat helped walk me through habits that I thought were going to help me lose weight but were leaving my gut and hormones a mess!Once I entered the weight loss phase, I quickly began to drop the weight. It was such a relief because I truly thought I had tried everything. I was very stubborn in a lot of my ways and really needed to reframe my thinking. I appreciate all the knowledge and support from Kat. She has truly changed my life and I feel equipped to continue this lifestyle well after the program is complete!
