I bought an item on sale that I had been eagerly anticipating. Just minutes after my purchase, the price dropped again. I contacted them to request a price adjustment, but they declined. In a time when the industry is facing challenges, it would have been wise to value customer loyalty (since 2014!). It’s frustrating that a policy takes precedence over providing a good customer experience. Very unsatisfactory service.
