Absolutely DISGUSTING customer service

Absolutely DISGUSTING customer service. I waited 3 months to get strung along and declined for a loan. O ly way they would do it is if my parents move their mortgage to Alterna. Absolute SCAMMERS! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.
