I bought several items, including a smart scale. While dispatch and delivery were prompt, the rubber mat for the scale arrived deformed and wouldn’t sit flat. I submitted photos of the defect and requested a replacement, but was asked to justify my issue, which was frustrating. I even had to create a video to explain the problem, all for a rubber mat. The lack of a phone number for support added to my frustration. After contacting the importer, I finally received a replacement after a week. The process was unnecessarily complicated. I’m glad I didn’t purchase my coffee machine here, and I also started receiving unwanted marketing emails despite unsubscribing. I won’t shop here again.
