Our agent was Kristina, and she was and is a delight and has a true customer care heart.The booking and all information was extremely smooth and all online. Sadly, just a week before our departure to Tanzania, a 'silent' heart infection was discovered at my wife, and we had to cancel the whole trip. And even then, Altezza was fully cooperating and showed understanding. Within days, we had a full refund (minus $200 deposit that 'stands' for a future booking).
