The few I've watched so far are really informative, the speakers are genuine and the energy is one of care, compassion, and knowing my struggles are valid and I'm not alone.Feels like I am tapped into a community of people who live through what I do. Great to show to partners who don't understand, too! Helps create a safe space for discussion around these topics, around which stigma and misinformation are prevelant. I was suspicious because it looks like spam at first, but it's not! If you can attend all the talks (about an hour and a half each) within the 24hrs window after they are given it is worth not paying. But there are extra resources you get with the <$100 package, so I took a risk and I'm glad I did.
