Their billing system locks you in to repeat regular billing that you can't escape from.Contacting them repeatedly to request an end to your subscription is futile and met with NO RESPONSE at all. As you use a contact form on their website to contact them, you have no proof that you did in fact contact them because you don't have a dated copy of the email.You will need to contact your bank or credit card company to have these unauthorized automatic withdrawals stopped and refunded. (Altimetry, 110 Cambridge St., Cambridge, MA 02141)The fact that ALTIMETRY.COM / JOEL LITMAN had to scam me for $133 per month should give you an idea of how reputable their service is. My advice is to STAY AWAY from ALTIMETRY.COM.
