When I was looking for my first meer, Altinay was hands down the most recommended source, and now I know why. After months of waiting, perusing their new stock as it came in, I finally found the one I wanted (I wanted a silver spigot). The fact that it was on a killer sale helped quite a bit! The ordering process was a bit of a hassle (my credit union requiring additional authorization to verify it was me...), but that's not on Altinay. After the order went through, the shipping process was painless and quick--except I had to pay an additional tarriff to UPS before they would deliver, but again, that is due to an orange orangutan, not Altinay. Most importantly, I love the pipe! It is beautiful and smokes great! Definitely exceeded my expectations!
