Easier to just find any other Estate Agent Software that cares about their supportALto / Vebra used to be good support when you could speak to someone. Now it's getting worse and worse. An insult to the monthluy license fee.1) Telephone calls never answered (held for an hour) 2) Emails not answered (we’ve switched to a new online form-based system) Laughable how they say 'This change makes it quicker and easier for you to get the help you need.' NO IT DOESN'T . It makes it much more complicated. Your forms need way too long to fill out and way too complicated.
