The following is a response to altRx. It really should appear at the bottom of this thread...
FIRST--I was charged by “Carevalida” which clearly is not a legit business name. It also is not the same as Care Validate.
SECOND—CASA PHARMA is WIDELY known to be a sketchy/ fraudulent “Pharmacy”. I NEVER would have agreed to ANYTHING that went through them.
THIRD—If Dover is a city in Delaware, then YOU NEED TO PUT DELAWARE in the F-ing address. Nobody at Corporate HQ could figure that out?
FOURTH—I let several calls go to voicemail because they were sent from a MASSACHUSETTS PHONE NUMBER, which my phone identified as spam. Then you give me a direct phone number to reach customer support… THAT NUMBER GOES TO SOMEWHERE IN FLORIDA. So which is it? Delaware? Massachusetts? Florida? A scam pharmacy in Texas?
IN CONCLUSION—absolutely EVERYTHING about you people is sketchy and dishonest. As I stated, I have already started a fraud investigation through my bank. You WILL give me a full refund. I’ll even file a lawsuit if I have to.
EVERYONE READING THIS needs to know that “FDA-Registered” means NOTHING!!! It does not mean it is FDA-Approved!!!

• Context: "Registered" means the company is on the FDA's radar; "Approved" means the specific product passed rigorous testing.
