I would’ve preferred to give them no stars at all. I emailed this company when I was first interested in them to get questions answered as I did not want to change prescriptions if I was not able to get the dosage that I needed. I was told to fill out a form and before I was even going to receive a prescription someone would reach out to me to discuss. I tried calling the company and stayed on hold for over 35 minutes not being able to talk to anyone in particular I sent numerous emails letting them know I did not want this prescription. There were still pending questions that I needed to respond to regarding the dosage amount. When I responded back, I just wanted to cancel and no longer work with this company. They told me it was too late that I would already be charged and they have already sent my dosage of something that I hadn’t even got to discuss with anyone.
This is all AI generated emails or at least I’m hoping that that is the case and that a human really is not on the receiving end of these communications.
This has been the absolute worst experience I have had working with a telehealth company. Will never recommend them to anyone else.
