It's great. My skin is só much approved. I didn't know what to expect, but i just wanted to give it a try when i had a skin-problem. After a few weeks i get complimented for my glow and my skin was looking so much better. Once in a while i stop drinking Bliss, but i always can see the difference after a few days.
