Amanda returned phone calls and email promptly and was very helpful and polite. I am sure we saved over $15,000 by buying directly from this outdoor furniture manufacturing company. I was not very available to take delivery, but they worked with me to accommodate my hectic schedule. I really felt like they cared from the initial showroom visit to final delivery.
