I'm giving 2 stars because the system does provide valuable information, and the software is usable at a basic level. However, the access restrictions significantly detract from the user experience. Features appear within the platform but are often locked behind prompts to upgrade, which I find frustrating. Sometimes, even exporting visible data requires a higher tier subscription, forcing users to copy data manually. Upon cancelling my subscription, a significant discount is suddenly offered, which suggests that essential features should be accessible at lower tiers from the start. There are also usability concerns, as data updates can stall without clear indications. Overall, the software is functional, but unless you opt for the top-tier plan, you'll face constant restrictions and upselling. Compared to other platforms, it doesn't provide good value, especially for small businesses.
