I had a very disappointing experience with Alvadi. After placing my order, they informed me that two critical parts were not available. I immediately requested to cancel the order — not once, but multiple times — and even received a confirmation that it would be canceled. Yet they ignored all my requests and proceeded to ship the order without the most important items and without my approval.This is completely unacceptable. I received the parcel without the major parts, and now I’m stuck waiting for them to “request it back from the courier” before issuing a refund. Very poor communication and customer service.I cannot recommend Alvadi based on this experience.
