One star feels too generous based on my experience. Caution to buyers. I ordered a shirt for £47 in early November 2025 with a promise of delivery within 3-6 working days. Now it's Christmas Eve, and the item hasn't been shipped or received. I've requested a refund four times after being given excuses about stock issues, but they refuse to refund. Communication has been terrible, and I would advise anyone looking for clothing to STEER CLEAR.
