My experience has been so poor that I feel a single star is too generous. I ordered a shirt for £47 in early November 2025, expecting it to arrive within the promised 3-6 working days. Now it’s Christmas Eve, and the item has neither been shipped nor received. After several weeks of being told there were stock issues, I have requested a refund four times, but I have yet to see my money returned. The communication has been awful, and I strongly advise anyone looking for clothing to steer clear of this seller.
