They asked for an excessive amount of personal information, which seemed irrelevant for a hosting service. Specifically, they requested:✓ Proof of address documentA recent document (no older than 3 months) confirming my primary business address, such as a utility bill, a bank statement with recent activity, or a letter from a government authority.✓ Information about my businessA brief description of the services I provide and a link to my business website.Despite providing all the requested information, Alwyzon closed my account without any explanation. This process was intrusive and ultimately a waste of my time. I would not recommend Alwyzon to anyone looking for a VPS provider due to their unnecessary demands for personal information and poor customer service.
