For a 7-seater, they verbally promised:AED 120 per dayDelivery + pickup for only 30 AEDRefund of the AED 1000 deposit within 24 hoursSalik includedRent starting the next dayWhen the car arrived, the written contract showed completely different terms, including:280 AED pickup charge30-day refund policyExtra conditions never mentioned beforeTheir driver insisted these written terms “don’t apply for short rentals” and convinced me to sign based on the verbal promises. Extremely deceptive.🚨 Unsafe VehicleThe car had serious issues. At Sharjah Airport, it failed to start for around 15–20 minutes with “Key Not Detected,” leaving me stranded with my children in the heat.
