Very disappointing experience with Amac.I ordered an iPhone 17 Pro with installment payment. The financing was approved quickly, but my order has been stuck for days with no progress and no clear explanation.Customer service repeatedly tells me there is an “IT issue” and asks me to wait, while at the same time suggesting that I should cancel my order instead of providing a solution. No one can give a clear timeline or take responsibility for resolving the issue.I also had to fix a SprayPay issue myself because Amac was too slow to act.I submitted a formal complaint but only received a response the following Monday, after several days of waiting. I even went to a physical store, where staff contacted the central team, yet I was still left without any clear update.Only after several days I was told this process can take up to a week — something that should have been communicated from the start.The lack of communication, transparency, and ownership of the issue is unacceptable. I expected much better service.I expect immediate clarification and resolution of my order.
