I only bought everything from Apple. This was the first (and will be the last time I bought something from Amac) I bought my product online, in the Amac official webshop, so it was delivered to my house. The product was on Black Friday offer, just a little bit cheaper. They sent me a used keyboard. The case was open at one side, very dirty and broken. In the keyboard there are oil marks of finger prints I could not remove. The cable to connect it to the laptop was dirty. It looks like something an employee had from before at their house, put it on my order and took a new one with my money. Disgusting.
