Ordered 3 bottles of product with express shipping.Website had a promotion of Buy 2 and get 1 free, total should have come to $151.99AUD, with the express shipping.I would have paid almost $300AUD had I not found a Welcome coupon for 15-20% off your first purchase.. I paid $198AUD in the end.The product did arrive quickly, however it was only one bottle of product and customer service, once finally they got back to me had a fantastic idea for resolution... 'There must've been a mistake in our warehouse. We'll be glad to send the rest of your orders.'Now, I am sorry but in what universe is this the expected level of customer service? To offer me the rest of what I paid for as if they're doing me a favour?I've never dealt with a company that is so incredibly useless when it comes to customer satisfaction.Possible solutions could have included: Partial Refund (or at the very least, refunding of express shipping), offering sample/free product as a way to reduce customer distrust/dissatisfaction.Not just offering to fulfil the legal requirement and passing the blame, because all that does is lead to people boycotting your company. Would have happily recommended this company based off of my personal results already, but based off of their customer service, they will be getting avoided by me and everyone I can persuade to shop elsewhere.
