I ordered a product more than 4 months ago, it took well over a month to arrive the first time, and was not delivered to the correct mailbox. I requested for it to be sent again, waited another month for it to be returned, and the same happened. I gave up and agreed to a return to sender, and for my refund to be processed. They said it would be 3 - 5 days. I checked several weeks later and the money had still not arrived. On the 21st of December I emailed asking where my refund was and was told again, that it would be 3-5 days. I STILL do not have this money, and I continue to get automated replies from the company although have still seen no sign of the money. It is almost 100 USD (including expedited shipping - laughable) I have contacted them on email, social media, tried even by telephone (from Spain!) and so far they have only succeeded in marking my Trustpilot review as spam. I will keep coming back until I get my money back. Absolutely shameful. If I could give zero stars, I would.
