I ordered a pair of pants from this website. The item I received was the correct size according to my order, but it runs extremely small and doesn't fit at all. When I asked to return the item, the company refused, saying that "i need to to return it to usa, and shipping will cost a lot" when the package came form China ...They said return must be paid by customers but it is not written anywhere on their website policy. They now ghost my mails even though as an EU consumer, I have the right to return my purchase 14 days after receiving it (this statement is written on their website policy)
