If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought three pairs of spectacles for £45, and while they arrived quickly and looked nice, they did nothing for my vision. When I tried to return them, they told me to send them to China. They offered me partial refunds instead of taking responsibility. I will be contacting my bank for a reversal. Their offers were attempts to avoid accountability.
