The items did not match what was displayed on their website. When I inquired, they offered to replace them with something else. I requested the full refund within 30 days, but they initially offered a 20% refund, then 30%, and now 60%. According to consumer law, I am entitled to a full refund, and they should cover shipping costs. My next step is to contact my bank for a chargeback. Don't waste your time or money on this false advertising.
