I purchased Vintage Blue Stone Pearl Earrings in Sep 2025 for the event in November. They arrived very quickly. They looked different from the photos, more like something that my 13-y.o. daughter would do at school. In 3 weeks (kept in the box) they changed the colour. All silver-colour parts became yellow. I contacted customer service and asked for a 30-day money back offer. They responded that they can only return 40% of the price I paid as it was purchased on offer or I can return the item to China; upon verification of the return to China, they can process my full refund. I asked for an address and contacts for verification and they sent me a street address without any contact details. I won't buy anything from them again. I definitely do not recommend it.
