I wanted to utilize the 30-day full refund policy, but was initially offered a 20% refund, then 30%, and now 60%. According to consumer law, I am entitled to a full refund and they should cover the shipping costs. My next step will be to contact the bank to initiate a chargeback. I advise against engaging with this misleading advertising.
