I ordered three pairs of earrings after being drawn in by the 'handmade' narrative and appealing website images. Unfortunately, the products I received were far from what was promised. The earrings looked mass-produced, made from low-quality materials, with plastic or painted details instead of genuine stones. The designs, colors, sizes, and metal finishes did not align with the images on the website. Additionally, the shipping times were not as advertised, taking much longer and going through several processing points. When I reached out to the support team, I was only offered replacements or a partial refund, despite clearly stating that the items did not match the description. I was informed that full refunds weren't available due to it being a 'final closure sale' — which felt unjust given that this was a case of misrepresentation. I've also noticed that this 'closing down sale' seems to have been ongoing for quite some time, with many other customers sharing similar concerns: jewelry that lacks authenticity, poor quality, and challenges in getting appropriate refunds. Given my experience, I cannot recommend this service.
