I'm currently struggling to return the items, but every time I ask for a return address, I receive a response stating they won't cover return shipping. Instead, they offer a 50% refund if I keep the items. It's quite amusing, yet it's a frustrating ordeal that has led me to report all our exchanges as fraudulent to my bank.
