Ordered a verified medium size men's cashmere cardigan. After a month, it arrived with a label indicating Xlarge. When I contacted them, they advised me to try it on, claiming it would fit. Upon opening, I found NO FIBER CONTENT LABELS, NO care labels, and NO COUNTRY OF ORIGIN LABELS, all of which violate US regulations. The item is clearly illegal to sell in the United States. It was way too big. They requested a picture of the size label from the package, but the sweater had no labels. I sent multiple follow-up emails but received no response. This is an outright scam!
