On scale from 1 to 10 ...under zero is the proper feedbackAmzonflex-flex support the worst customer service ever...they doesn't care about drivers at alll....BE CLEVER AND AVOID THIS COMPANY TO LET YOURSELF TRICKEDThis company was created only for its own benefit..it is not at all interested in employees especially delivery drivers from Amazon flex .... I tried to do things in the most correct way respecting the rules of Amazon by the book ... at the end during the day all the driver was guilty ... they have the worst customer support ever ... the worst .... when you send mail to amazon-flex support most of the time an automatic answer is generated ... when someone answers you, the topic is completely different from your problem ... in terms of earnings, you have to do a lot of miles to stay with something at the end of the day ... I started in September 2020 ... since then and until June 2021 I changed the clutch and did a full service to the car .. I have a little more and I have to do service again
