AMAZON SOUTH AFRICA POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

Amazon South Africa has really poor service, they don't follow up on orders with their suppliers(SAVANNAcare), I am waiting from 19 March until today 30 March for a product that I have bought.I must try and follow up on when this product will be dispatched, While AMAZON SA just sends emails to the supplier (SAVANNAcare) but the supplier does not even answer the emails...In my first experience as an AMAZON SA customer I will rather warn people not to buy any Products from amazon, source your products directly from the supplier than from AMAZON SA as you will receive the correct product, correct shipment dates and believe me you will get the best customer service.It cost me to buy the product from another supplier, now I will request a refund from AMAZON SA that will also take probably 11 years to complete as their customer service is totally crap.So please, skip AMAZON SA and buy directly from suppliers...Trustpilot should red flag AMAZON SA as they cannot be trusted regarding service delivery.
