I places TWO (2) orders for the very first time and BOTH of them flopped.So I ordered a keyboard which would've been delivered in a few days, and then the next day I got an email saying that the delivery is unsuccessful and that the order is canceled. I contacted them to follow up, and Amazon claims that courier guys damaged the keyboard. My 2nd order was another keyboard, again the delivery would've been a few days but it's been 2 weeks and still nothing. I followed up once again, and even though they had stock when I ordered, it turns out that there is no stock and I have to wait until end of July/August!! No compensation for the trouble or anything, I just have to accept it.I was the one telling everyone that Amazon will be the one to beat Takealot, but Amazon in South Africa literally just provides the South African experience we've all grown to love.
