On November 3rd, I made two orders totaling 818.7 euros, expecting delivery on 11/14/2024. I was prepared to wait those 11 days as the prices were acceptable. However, on the expected delivery date, I received emails stating that both orders were unilaterally canceled by the platform due to a lack of goods. This has caused a significant waste of time, as I could not spend 818.7 euros elsewhere while the funds were tied up with the platform. This experience has left me extremely disappointed.
