A customer service supervisor claimed to issue a $30 gift certificate for the time I spent trying to return a faulty product. Despite receiving a confirmation email, it was never applied. Follow-up calls did not resolve the issue, and it took weeks to obtain a refund that I still haven't received. I never expected this company to act fraudulently, but their support has declined. UPDATE: I finally reached the same supervisor, and he resolved the issue.
