In my interactions with the support team, I found the service to be dishonest and evasive. They also declined to provide their address for legal proceedings in France. Additionally, they charge significantly more for products compared to similar platforms, despite offering identical items. With both providing equally disappointing customer service, I fail to see any reason for the higher prices.
