What made my experience great was how Jeff Dawson listened to my input. I can be a challenging person to deal with, especially on a project that means so much to me. Jeff was doing his job when he tried to get me to sign on for an art-directed book cover, or other services you offered, he was professional in his approach, but when I told him that all I wanted was a basic bound book with nothing fancy, he understood and turned the project around in record time. I can't say enough about how Jeff delivered my project on budget and on time!!!It seems that seldom, in today's world, you get what you pay for. In this case, I believe I ultimately received a great value and it was well worth it. I'm now running around, distributing my "book" to family and friends. In every case, I tell them what a great operation you have.Also, kudos to Emily Brown who signed me up in the first place. Her professionalism, demonstrated in her ability to operate her "chat" room, was originally why I signed on. The book means so much to me. I intend to write a few more.
