I wrote this book as a gift for his six aging children, his ten grandkids and a growing number of great grandchildren. His family members are of course very familiar with his personal achievements. It was the most satisfying gift I have ever given a nonfamily member, and I would have never completed it without Jay’s devoted encouragement.
